How do I join the club?
If you have ever turned on your oven to bake something, you are in. There is nothing to sign and nothing to pay.
Can I wash the aprons and towels?
Yes. Wash cold, tumble dry on low and keep the iron off the printed side. Embroidered aprons do fine in a regular wash.
How soon will my order arrive?
Each item is made after you order, usually within 3 to 7 business days, and delivery takes a few more. We e-mail tracking when it leaves.
What will delivery cost me?
It is $5 for the order within the US, and free when your order is $75 or above.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We currently deliver to the United States only.
What if something is wrong with my order?
We cannot accept returns for size or a change of mind because everything is made to order. If your item is damaged, misprinted or incorrect, tell us within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you.
Is the glass board good for cutting?
It is best for rolling pastry and resting hot pans. Cutting on glass dulls knives quickly, so use a wooden board for serious chopping.
Do your recipes use cups or grams?
Both, where it matters. We recommend a kitchen scale because it is the simplest upgrade a home baker can make.
What payment do you take?
Stripe powers our checkout, so you can use a major credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We do not store your card number.
