Hot Oven Club belongs to One Stop Enterprises, LLC of Springboro, Ohio. Here is the recipe for how we treat your information. Effective November 4, 2026.

Ingredients we collect

• Order details: the name, delivery address, billing address, e-mail address and any phone number you give us, plus your purchases.
• Contact form details: your e-mail address and what you wrote.
• Usage figures: the pages read, your broad location and your device type, measured through Matomo on our own server. We share these figures with no advertiser.
• Cookies: required to keep your cart filled. Stripe sets some at checkout for fraud protection.

Method

We use the above to fill your order, reply to your questions, prevent fraud, meet our tax obligations and make the site better. We have never sold customer information and do not intend to start.

Others in the kitchen

• Stripe handles payments, and we only see the last digits of your card.
• Printful produces and ships your order using your name and delivery address.
• Carriers need those delivery details as well.
• Authorities may receive information if a law requires it.

Storage time

We hold order records for the period set by tax and accounting rules, and we delete contact messages once they have served their purpose.

Your rights

E-mail sales@one-stop.com if you would like a copy of your information, a correction or a deletion. The club’s website is meant for adults and teens, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
