Shipping & Returns

Think of your order as a loaf: nothing happens until you say go, and then it takes the time it takes.

Delivery

• Service area: US addresses only at this time.
• Rate: $5 per order, however many things are in the box. Orders of $75 and up ship free.
• Lead time: 3 to 7 business days to produce, then a few days with the carrier. Embroidered aprons and hats, plus anything ordered around the holidays, can need more time.
• Tracking: when your order leaves, we send a tracking link. An apron and a mug may come separately, as they are made in different places.

Returns

Because we produce each order individually, we do not accept returns for sizing or a change of mind. Please check the size details listed with each item.

If your order shows up damaged, misprinted or incorrect, contact sales@one-stop.com within 30 days and include your order number and a picture. We will replace it or refund you, whichever you prefer, at our cost.

Order changes

Production starts soon after you order. Contact us quickly and we will see what can be done.

Sales tax

Ohio sales tax is added to orders delivered within Ohio.
